We provide the design flexibility needed to accommodate any press requirements, without compromise. The desired sheet finish is ensured by the microfine top base fabric, and the water-handling capabilities and compaction resistance are controlled by the underneath fabrics. A much lower batt-to-base ratio is required, because the microfine top fabric has a very low potential for sheet marking. Therefore, the felt has a higher resistance to filling from the secondary fibers. Because of the high number of pressure points provided by the elevated yarn counts in the microfine top fabric , a more uniform sheet density is achieved. Therefore, more uniform sheet shrinkage occurs in the dryer section, which improves print quality. Improved felt stability is achieved, resulting from multiple CDyarn systems. Every piece of fabric is under the precise design ,careful manufacture and complete inspection.
